Applications are now invited for a postdoctoral position in either

● Computational Materials Science focusing on atomistic and quantum modeling of electronic material (preferably in perovskites) or surface effect. For this postdoctoral position, we are looking for a person experienced in atomistic modeling of solid materials using interatomic potential, tight-binging, and ab initio DFT calculations. This is a highly competitive position for a period of 24 months and with a highly competitive salary.

Or, ● Experimental Materials Science focusing on electronic ceramics for various device applications. For this postdoctoral position, we are looking for a person experienced in various types of electronic ceramics, such as, ferroelectrics, multiferroics, colossal dielectric constant materials, giant magneto-dielectric materials, and fast ionic conductors, etc. This is a highly competitive position for a period of 24 months and with a highly competitive salary.

Requirements:

● With a Ph.D degree in Physics, Solid State Physics, Condensed Matter Physics or Materials Physics.

● With strong publication record.

Deadline of Application: Nov.10, 2009
